These terms exist to protect each entity, its clients and apply to all bookings, consultations, produced content, documents, files and promotional material.
Client Responsibilities
All clients are expected to do the following:
Health Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their massage and/or detox treatment and update us of any changes.
Punctuality: We have a respect for your time and hope you value ours. We ask that clients arrive to appointments and consultations 15 mins before the start of your appointment time in order to start on time. For mobile appointments, we push to arrive 20-30 mins before the appointment time in order to start services on time. We ask that the area that services will be received is cleared for load in, setup and load out.
Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-15 min grace period that will also shorten the timeframe of the session. After 15 mins the client has to reschedule and will have a $50 late cancellation fee that must be paid on the date it is applied.
Pricing: Fees are based on whether services are onsite, mobile or corporate wellness, duration or the time needed to implement a request. Additional costs can be applied with additional time added to a session and additional services requested.
Methods of Payment: We accept Zelle, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and issue invoices for requested services, after payment is received. Deposits or a card on file is required to secure a booking and move forward with a CSB request.
Respecting Boundaries: We express the importance of professional conduct and we maintain a respectful environment during sessions. We have the right to end or cancel a session at any time if the technician is uncomfortable or feel endangered.
Consultations: We ask that you arrive 10 mins before appointment time in order to begin on time.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice for any rescheduled appointments or cancellations. If that timeframe is not met, 50% of total session is required for massage/wellness, for CSB a $25 fee is applied. Client may be invoiced for this fee, they agree to make payment and fulfill the obligation for any and all fees issued by invoice or
a digital requests. If a missed or cancellation fee is applied and not paid the client will not be able to rebook until it is settled.
Liability Waiver
Liability Waivers are required to completed before any and all services are rendered. Clients acknowledge the risks of treatment and release liability if they fail to disclose relevant health issues. Please check with medical provider for clearance after any diagnose, injury or treatment.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: We handle all client data and information securely.
The following information is gathered from our visitors to our website: IP address, user account information when applicable, site visitation information, page views, browsers used and browser capabilities and site search queries. We also collect and retain any information submitted to our organizations via the contact and other forms located in the site, scheduling apps, and consultation submitted paperwork.
How we use the information we gather:
We use the information we collect on the site to enhance your visitor experience. Our information is not shared with any parties outside of Respire Massage and Creative Services Boutique and it's designated agents.
We may use of Google Analytics for site traffic reporting.
The people that are given access to this information
Your personal information is accessible only by designated staff. In limited cases, personal information may be visible to our designated web service provider but that information is only related to site functionality. No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.

To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
